7 Years with Commision Junction and 4 Years with Adsense
The journey start on early 2000, when program like SPEDIA, ePILOT and AllAdvantage very popular. The three programs above offer free dollar for surfing or join the advertisers. I have made about $21 with SPEDIA but they never send me the money. Now days in 2007, co-founder AllAdvantage has been launched new program named AGLOCO (nofollow link), so far I’m not interesting with this program, when John Chow have thousands of refferal downline neither me, I’ll not join or sign up for this program, I’ve learned from the past years they never pay me.
Continue on the end of 2000. I forgot the exact date/month, I’ve joined with Commision Junction (CJ), one of the CPA Network after Linkshare most popular on that year.
Day by day, month by moth, I’ve developing many of affiliate sites to promoting the merchants products from CJ. I used free hosting and cutome the pages with Frontpage, the graphics with Corel 8 and the header with old Macromedia Flash program.
In July 2001, I got my check for the first time, that mean almost more than 6 months I’ve spend my time to promote my site on popular search engine and learn basic SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to get traffic of my site. Back to April 2001, I got a job on Internet Cafe as Administrator, during 8 months I just focus on my job and never maintenance my site again. On October 2001, I’ve resigned and back focus on my study as college student. Almost a year I have become bad student with bad college grades
In May 2002, I’ve owe IDR 250.000 to my Mother, to buy a domain and hosting for a year. After 6 months I got the second check (see the thumbnail my check report), until this time in 2007, every month CJ always pay my commision
4 Years with Google Adsense
Few weeks after Google announced Adsense in middle of 2003, I joined the program and placing the ads on all my affiliate site. The result only need a month I got payment from Adsense, my first ads impression appear on the report on September 30 2003 (see the thumbnail) and on October 2003 my commision showed $108
Adsense still the best Pay Per Click (PPC) Program ever. I have joined another PPC program but no one of them satisfied me. On last August 2007, my Adsense earning report showed $4,429 for commision. I’ve never dream become a rich, as long we play on the right rule, you also can get the right profit too.
