Buying Expired Sites on DMOZ for Backlink
Days ago Jeremy Schoemaker aka Shoemoney has post his video about buying web site for SEO. Personally this method is old, but by some people buying dead/expired websites specially for web sites which listed on DMOZ or Yahoo Directory have more valuable of point to get high rank in Search Engine.
My opinion, this could be true if the expired domain still has a lot of backlinks, have higher Google PageRank and old age of domain.
Many people still debating about issue sites with oldest domains will get high ranking, sure it could be. However, its not guaranty of you who love buying dead website and then adding new contents will get position on the 1st page. Google have many parameters to measure which sites should be on front page. They not just measure from PageRank, domain age or number of backlinks, etc.
Nice opinion.Menurut saya parameter yang penting adalah backlinks dan page yang masih terindex di Search Engine mas Pogung. Karena walaupun PR tinggi, tanpa page terindex baik, kemungkinan besar fake PR-nya.

Expired domain bisa dijadikan VALID asal dikelola dengan cepat sebelum Updating Google Page Rank setiap catur wulan. Terbukti!

actually im not agree with your article above. I bought 5 expired domains which have high pagerank (fake pagerank) and have many backlinks. After google update their pageranks become zero, And their backlinks is deleted by google. Maybe my experience not the same with you. But i was tell the truth.
Karena banyak beli expired domain yang berpagerank, bisa dapet banyak $ dari paid review, jadi menurut saya itu yang terpenting, bisa dapet duit
cara mendapatkan uang adalah ikut program paid to review. dan untuk ikutan program macam ini harus punya pagerank tinggi minimal tiga. klo membangun domain dari awal memerlukan banyak waktu dan energi. potong kompas aja beli expired domain yang harganya murah meriah tapi dengan qualitas yang sangat mewah dengan pagerank tinggi. ada yang jual nggak? aku mo beli nich….

Some people artificially boost their page reank just to sell theri domain and the page rank falls after you buy it. Check google for PageRank fraud.
Beli expired domain memerlukan doa yang banyak agar PR nya tetap, pengalaman saya kalo kita beli expired domain sebelum google update akbar ada update kecil seperti update link atau update index page, pada update kecil ini saja expired domain bisa kehilangan pageranknya, tapi ada juga yang bertahan (tergantung doa) saya pernah beli 10 expired domain bulan Agustus semuanya valid PR 3, seminggu kemudian semua kehilangan PR nya, padahal sudah di seo dan bangun link segenap jiwa raga, tetapi ketika google update (bulan september kalo gak salah) 4 diantaranya kembali menjadi PR 3, 3 PR 2, 2 PR1, 1 PR 0. Jadi expired domain gak ada ruginya untuk di beli. ambil contoh 10 domain saya tadi 3 bulan 1 bisa menghasilkan sekitar $ 100/bulan dari paid review, dan sekitar 100 dolar/bulan dari text link jadi dah menghasilkan sekitar 600/3bulan, dengan modal awal cuma 10x 80.000. SUKSES
