They Spamming Digg

The competition will finish on next 2 months and 22 days. Many contestants try to build link with their own way some I see many of them make a backlinks on Digg. See below this the screenshot, you’ll see more than 20 contestants Digg their page.

So what do you thing, does by submitting your Busby SEO Challenge page on digg you will get rangking on Google? the answer is no, Digg have been set the external link with attribute rel=’nofollow’, this is useless. Google not count the backlink that has rel=nofollow attribute

  6. I agree, Mas Pogung. However digg will be able to increased more traffic to the website, and maybe their friend will add some backlinks to the posting. It’s indirect, but somehow maybe usefull :)

  9. they spamming digg because digg external link is nofollow free. I checked it use searchstatus mozilla addon and view source code, and I can’t found any nofollow atribute :)
    please tell me where is nofollow atribute placed?

  10. Digg is currently ” do follow ” however the pages get buried so fast ( because of immense number of sites submitted ) that unless you get many, many Diggs may as well be ” no follow”
